MathFlow, the industry-leading MathML editor for XML workflows, has a new update available for Arbortext and XMetaL. In addition to adding support for the latest versions of the Arbortext and XMetaL XML editors, MathFlow 2.0 also includes enhancements designed to increase your productivity.
MathFlow now comes with a new tabbed toolbar that supports drag-and-drop within the editor. Because math is often repetitive, the new toolbar provides a space where you can save frequently used equations. Once you've customized your toolbar you can share it across multiple computers.
MathFlow 2.0 also supports the new linebreaking features in MathML 3. MathML 3's linebreaking controls were developed based largely on input from current MathFlow users, so we know how important it is for you to be able to automate the breaking of equations at a given width and to automate alignment of multi-line equations.
The new MathFlow release includes other much-requested features, such as improved support of Plane 1 Unicode and a stretchy geometry arc. We can't wait for you to try out the new features and let us know what you think of them. MathFlow 2.0 is a free upgrade for customers with current maintenance subscriptions and works with Arbortext 5.4 and 6.0 and XMetaL 6.0 and 7.0.
