CSUN Conference: Math accessibility in browsers, Word, and beyond
Neil Soiffer will be presenting A Survey of Math Accessibility in 2015: Browsers, Word, and Beyond later this week at the 30th Annual International Technology & Persons With Disabilities Conference in San Diego. During the presentation, he will survey the current status of math accessibility in browsers, Word, and other applications. His talk will include our vision for accessible math and an exciting product announcement that will help students who are blind or who have visual impairments learn, practice, and take math and science tests on a more equal footing with their classroom peers. If you're unable to attend the CSUN Conference, watch for the announcement on this blog.
In addition to the presentation, Neil will participate in a panel discussion on Latest Developments in Accessible Math in Browsers. Both of these sessions will be on Thursday March 5, with the presentation being at 2:20 PM and the panel at 3:20.
Not going to be in San Diego on the 5th? That's OK. We'll post the special announcement here and after the conference we'll post the presentation on our Events page where you can also find information about other events at which Design Science will be present.
